This was Xavier's shirt but I brought it out of retirement for Gisele to wear. It turned out to be a 70 degree September Saturday so it was perfect! It says Knott, #19 on the back. I was attempting a picture of her, the shirt and Home of the Little Giants in the background.

Xavier is currently taking gymnastics and seems to like it! He enjoys standing on each foot to see if he can do it. I walk into the living room and find him doing head stands on the couch.

I think gymnastics will be good for him!

An anniversary rock! My sister and I outlined the kids hands and painted them. Ashley wrote a poem in about 2 minutes that says: These hands form branches of our family tree, with roots strong & love flowing free.

She is so freakin creative!

The whole Fam! Drew came home for a couple of days as well as Josh so we decided to have a little "get together" to celebrate the beautiful 40 years my mom and dad have been together!

Xavier had a BLAST at Chuck-e-Cheese. He asks to go back just about every week! In fact he just now saw me adding these and said, "can we take G to Grandi's and go back to  chuck-e-cheese with Uncle Drew and Uncle Josh sometime?"

It was also nice because it was a Friday late morning and we were like the only ones in the place!

A firetruck and ambulance came to our end of year pool party which coincided with National Crime watch day! Engine 46 pulled up to the pool and most of the kids got excited! However then they received a call and had to speed away. They came back though. Whew!

Gisele and I came home a bit earlier so she could go to bed so she missed out on any pictures...maybe next time!

Xavier has been taking swim lessons from "Mr Shark" (as he calls him), really Mr Sharp or Coach Sharp. He is the swim coach at Jake and I's old high school. Xavier took his first lessons with him when he was 18 months old and let's just say this time around Xavier likes him much better! Xavier thinks he can swim now so sometimes keeping his life jacket on him can be a challenge! Especially when it is just me with both kids at the pool and he wants to "dive."

So far we have had a great summer with lots of fun! I am looking forward to a fun filled fall and football season (sort-of.....) :)

Xavier came inside to finally get something to eat and wanted to open presents. He was about 30 minutes late! He still enjoyed playing with all her new toys!
