That is pretty much what we do around here most days! Xavier is on the every 1.5-2 hour feeding schedule......sometimes (mostly late night) it is frustrating becuase I feel like he just ate, but during the day I can handle it! I cannot find a lot of time or left over milk to pump for a later date, but hopefully that will start too.
We went to his 1 week check up yesterday. Everything was GREAT! He is back to his birth weight of 8.7 in just one week, so that was comforting to know that all the feedings are paying off. His jaundice is going away. He wasn't really too yellow unless under the harsh glow of Fluroescent light bulbs, but Dr Jim showed us yesterday that it is going away. There is a distinct difference from his waist down where it is redder skin and then waist up you can see the slight yellow cast. He said to keep watching the line because jaundice moves from the feet up and out the body. Well it actually leaves through his bowels, which he definitely does NOT have a problem with!
Tomorrow we are going to take a little trip to Kokomo so daddy can go to a funeral. We are just going for the ride and staying in the car. Mommy needs out, not sure that I can obey any sort of 4-6-8 week rule about staying inside and not taking him anywhere.......
Tomorrow is also Daddy's Birthday!!! And Uncle Bradys. Jake and I are going to go out for an appetizer and a drink (woo hoo!!!) while Grandie, Pops and Aunt Betsy stay home with X and hang out for awhile, then we are bringing dinner back home to eat and will have some of Jake's favorite cake....funfetti!
TGIF! Hopefully I can start to get some pics with eyes open! :)

Hey Darc! Xavier is absolutely precious! I had to let you know that I was just looking at your most recent post and Grace came up to me and saw his picture and she said "baby" then she said "hi" and kissed the screen. :)
I can't believe he got back to his birth weight so quickly. You must be doing something right! So glad to hear that you're all getting along well.
